Prime time telly break

This is a big week for me. I will start a new(ish) job in two days and have my wedding dress fitted in four days. Will tell you more about that later. Right now I'm trying to stream some TV show and I'm being told that since I have already watched 74 minutes today I have to wait another 57 minutes before I can continue watching. Why 74 and 57? Where do they get those numbers from? Not happy.
